The fish was greasy.. to the point the paper ripped due to it. Also the fish was like mush inside. Last fish was a little soggy when ordered and hoped that it was a one off so tried again. Really gutted as this place is normally unreal

Amazing fish and chips. Lovely deep thick slices of cod. Fish was huge and extremely well cooked. Mushy peas were delicious. Lots of wonderful proper chips! Amazing will definitely order again, either online or in the shop. Excellent value for money. Thank you.

Friendly greeting when entering the Ritz, followed up with if I was collecting or ordering. Picked up my order and like each time portions were healthy, food was fresh and piping hot. Still one of the best chippys in the north east

Donner kebab was as lovely as ever. We got a chilli garlic bread and it was dry and crusts too hard to eat which was disappointing as the food is always lovely from Ritz . Will still be ordering again
